Back single storey bungalow extension
"We had a whole back single storey extension to the back of our bungalow. It meant we got a huge kitchen and a big dinning room extra. The quality of work was superb, very efficient, all the workers he had working for him were polite and respected your home and in our case garden as well. They also put together all our kitchen cupboards and fitted a kitchen. The price which was quoted was more or less correct but we needed a few other things to be done which was out of Mr Illingsworth's hands. Mr Illingworth's strengths are total commitment for the customers needs, a very polite and honest builder what you see is what you get and in our opinion we got a very lovely new build that's made us very grateful and happy well worth the money spent. We enjoyed three months of working with the whole team. Well Done."

"We've had a large 2 storey extension added to our house. Andy was helpful throughout and we worked well together. His staff were always polite and got on with the job. Everything Andy said he would do, he did. We had set the budget early and he remained on budget throughout the build. We had a few extras which were priced competitively and went on to enhance the project once it was finished. He has a real eye for detail & a positive creative flair. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would recommend Andy to anyone. The quality of the build is second to none. Even the building inspector was impressed!"
